Eruvin Daf Tz - "Tefillin knot showed to the poor"

By: Rabbi Lior Lavie

The Gemara says of our issue:
The Gemara (Brachot 7: 1; Minchot La, B) says that when Moshe Rabbeinu asked God:
"Please show me your honor" (Exodus 3:18),
Show him the tefillin knot.

And so it is said in the Gemara in the blessings:
Teaches that the Blessed One showed Moses a tefillin knot (since the tefillin knot is behind the head, and it has already been said that the Blessed One, so to speak, puts on a tefillin).

The tefillin knot behind the head symbolizes our secret connection with Gd, in which Gd's ways are not always understood by us but it is clear to us that we are connected to Him and He in us (by MON.

This belief needs humility; Understanding that we do not understand everything and yet - believe that God is watching over us - at any time and at any hour.
